Yes, En Route Counseling is a LGBTQIA+ friendly practice. We provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

We offer therapy sessions Monday through Friday, with some availability on weekends. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

At En Route Counseling, we take your privacy seriously. All information shared in therapy sessions is confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent. Read our privacy practices.

Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or health savings programs. Prior to scheduling your first session, please check your coverage. We accept the following insurance providers:

• Aetna (including Student Health) PPO
• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO
• Cigna 
• Optum
• Oxford
• United Behavioral Health

Here are some questions you can ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have mental or behavioral health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician, insurance company or other third party?
• How much will I need to pay out of pocket for each session?

Sessions typically range from 45-60 minutes.

Most forms of payment are accepted (e.g., Health savings account, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. We charge a fee of $75 for late cancellation and the full session fee of $175 for no-show.

Yes. Forms will be shared with you via the client portal. The forms must be completed before the start of the first full session.

Yes. We provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation prior to scheduling an intake session.
