At En Route Counseling and Wellness, our mission is to provide compassionate, accessible, and affirming mental health care to individuals from all walks of life. We are dedicated to nurturing personal growth and supporting identity exploration as our clients navigate life’s transitions. We strive to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone can feel seen, valued, and empowered on their journey to well-being.

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to supporting individuals as they navigate their unique journeys. With a relational and client-centered approach, I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, Black people and people of color, young adults, and college students. I strive to ensure that our practice remains a safe and affirming space for anyone exploring their identity or navigating life transitions.
I am trained in both talk therapy and EMDR therapy—evidence-based modalities that offer distinct and effective ways to process trauma and foster healing. My experience includes working with children and adults across a variety of settings, which has equipped me with a versatile and creative skill set to address an array of therapeutic needs with sensitivity and care.
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions. Whether you are seeking support for personal growth, identity exploration, or navigating life changes, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
On a personal note, I enjoy music and storytelling, and I share my home with two spirited cats, Espresso and Chai. As aspiring therapy cats, they may even make an appearance during virtual sessions for those who are comfortable, adding a touch of warmth and joy to the therapeutic experience.

I believe that we are all infinitely complex, and that our power lies in our complexity. I use Healing Justice frameworks in my therapeutic work; to me, that means that we are all capable of experiencing and causing harm, and we are all deserving of safety and dignity. I hope to co-create a therapeutic space where you can express yourself, unpack your experiences, and exist in all your complexity. My goal as a Therapist is to support you in building honest and authentic relationships - with yourself, and with the people and places around you. This work includes exploring the context behind what makes you think and feel in the ways that you do. I aim to support you to use your imagination and creativity to find your own definitions of healing and wellness, and build your own unique paths towards joyful and fulfilling lives.
I am trained in talk therapy; I use a combination of relational-cultural and narrative approaches, psychodynamic theory, liberation psychology and CBT in my work. I’m a queer immigrant of color, and am passionate about supporting immigrants, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ communities to access quality mental health support. I have worked extensively with adult survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. More broadly, I have experience working with adults (18+) navigating an array of individual and interpersonal struggles, including interpersonal trauma, impact of childhood experiences, self worth, depression, grief, amongst other issues.
I offer in-person and virtual sessions, and can also provide therapy in Hindi/Urdu. Whether you feel stuck in a place of overwhelm or numbness, or in cycles you want to break out of, I will work to support you in transforming the parts of yourself that you believe no longer serve you.

I am a dedicated advocate for growth and well-being, committed to supporting individuals and teams as they navigate their unique journeys. With extensive experience in management, organization, communication, and relationship-building, I have consistently driven operational excellence across a range of professional settings, including higher education and private practice. My diverse background enables me to provide invaluable support to colleagues, clients, and teams alike.
As the lead administrator at En Route Counseling and Wellness, I am devoted to advancing our mission of delivering compassionate and accessible therapy services. I actively implement innovative solutions and foster a nurturing environment for both our clinicians and clients.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from Smith College and a Master of Arts in Latin American, Caribbean, and Iberian Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, organizing, and traveling.
